Modi Operandi 08 presents ‘It All Starts With a Wall’, a project that enables smugglers along the Iran-Pakistan borders to maintain their occupation while creating their independent cross-border settlements along the riverbeds, by architect Maciej Moszant. In the publication, Moszant’s project is ‘framed’ by the contributions of scholars familiar with the topics raised.
